"The Incognito series
keeps getting better and better. At a point when some series
may start to become stale, Madison Layle and Anna Leigh
Keaton keep finding ways to keep this exciting saga fresh.
Incognito: Healing Heather picks up right where the previous
story, Incognito: Winning Angela leaves off....
Heather is heartbreaking. With
memories of the great love she and her late husband shared,
she searches for someone who can give her the same feelings
of security and completeness she had with him, topped off
with a healthy dose of passion. Her search ends fruitlessly
again and again. She finally meets the one man who can give
her what she most needs, but only after the part of her
that can trust implicitly has been broken, possibly irrevocably.
Watching Heather try and overcome her fears to shape a future
with Paul is inspiring, but will most certainly run even
the most hardened reader through the wringer. I defy anyone
to not be moved by this love story."

A Joyfully Recommended Read!
"Healing Heather is the fourth book
of the Incognito series and the first non-menage. The fact
that it was not a ménage did not detract from the
book one iota and in fact, I think that the authors were
wise in doing this. Heather was emotionally fragile and
very scared. She needed one man that she would be able to
to lean on and that man was Paul Baxter. Tough cop, demanding
lover, delightful friend; he was that to Heather and more.
She completed him and his love for her made the storyline
that more poignant and beautiful.
Even though Heather was frightened, I found her
stubbornness and honesty a super addition to the plot.
 Once
again Madison Layle and Anna Leigh Keaton have come through
and written a totally captivating novel with Healing Heather.
I have been hooked on this series since book one and the
wait for each additional installment gets harder and harder
to bear. It goes without saying that Healing Heather is
a keeper but let me joyfully recommend it as well. Write
faster ladies!"

"First and foremost, this
story is not for those who have experienced abuse in the
past. However, if you want to read a great suspense erotic
romance then this should be your choice. Heather’s
character is an intelligent, beautiful woman. ... Paul is
a compassionate, sexy and intelligent man. He wants to wrap
Heather in protective bubble but also admires her spirit.
... Together Paul and Heather explore their relationship
with slow steps and it paces the book wonderfully. You feel
their passion build and you want them to make it. While
at times the violence against Heather is painful to read,
the character development between her and Paul makes for
a wonderful romance. The sex is a powerful demonstration
of vanilla and BDSM wrapped together. Each sex scene builds
on trust and romance. Their intricate relationship is powerful
to read. This is a very satisfying erotic romance with or
without the BDSM elements. The suspense and passionate sex
and loving romance make this a wonderful erotic romance."

Healing Heather continues the
Incognito series only with one slight alteration; this is
the first story that does not include a triad relationship.
Heather has built a wall around herself and with each piece
Paul breaks down she is quickly trying to build it back
up. Luckily, Paul has an amazing sense of patience, tenderness,
and understanding to him. The chemistry between them was
almost instantaneous but laced with compassion and tenderness
as much as it is erotic. Added to this story of healing
someone’s heart by giving them yours is suspense and
danger in the form of a Master set upon revenge, regardless
of the means he must take to get it. Madison Layle and Anna
Leigh Keaton continue to pen a series readers will love
to lose themselves in. Even though this isn’t my favorite
story of the series, it is one this reader thoroughly enjoyed
and will definitely be adding to her “keeper”
stack. 5 Angels!
